01What you're buying
A one-time license to use the delivered lead file for your own outreach. Files may not be resold, shared, or repackaged.
02Sharing caps
Standard files are sold to a maximum of 4 buyers. Exclusive files are sold once. These caps are contract terms.
03Replacements
Disconnected numbers and bounced emails flagged within 48 hours of delivery are replaced or credited. That is the remedy for data defects.
04Your outreach
You are responsible for how you contact the leads — dialing equipment, calling hours, opt-out handling, and applicable law in your and the lead's state.
05Payment
Orders are confirmed by email and invoiced by card or ACH. No subscriptions; each order stands alone.
06Placeholder notice
