01What our files include
Every lead opted in through a funding-request form, and each row carries its opt-in date. Phone files are scrubbed against the National DNC registry before delivery.
02What that does not cover
Buying scrubbed, opt-in data does not by itself make your campaign compliant. The TCPA also governs how you call: automated dialing systems, prerecorded messages, calling hours, and revocation of consent.
03Our recommendation
Keep the delivered file, including its opt-in dates, for your records. If a lead disputes a call, that file is your starting point.
